You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. petronas888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from user negligence. Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Petronas888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, attempted manipulation of the system, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. Valid balances will be processed in accordance with internal policy.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, petronas888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or equivalent. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in transaction limits or account closure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the petronas888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
All deposits are processed via supported payment methods such as Touch 'n Go, FPX, and Malaysian internet banking. A deposit is only considered valid once the funds have been credited to your petronas888 account. Minimum deposit limits apply as specified in your account settings.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your petronas888 account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between 1 to 5 business days. Withdrawals may be delayed subject to security checks.
Petronas888 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates platform policy. Users involved in unauthorised transactions will face immediate action, and all associated funds may be forfeited.
Certain payment methods or transactions may be subject to processing fees. Current fee information will be clearly displayed during the transaction process. petronas888 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment service providers.
